It celebrates the precision and pride of fundis (makers) while packaging it in bold, modern visuals that feel both native and global. The brand’s identity uses vibrant matatu-inspired colors and strong typography to command attention across physical and digital spaces. Each piece—whether fashion or furniture—tells a story of cultural fusion and creative hustle. Directing the product drop for Fundi Fusion required a careful balance between showcasing local craftsmanship and delivering a cohesive, high-impact visual campaign. The studio aimed to elevate the fundi as a cultural symbol without diluting the authenticity of their work. With Fundi Fusion offering both fashion and home décor, the creative direction unified these categories under a single, streetwise visual narrative. The shoot took place on-location across Nairobi, using real environments and candid moments to anchor the story in place, while applying deliberate framing and styling for digital and print platforms.
